We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.


Return

  • We will provide a convenient return shipping label that you can download and print.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
